I’ve seen some posts in here saying not all states need you to vax your bio kids, but no one ever says where they live! If you know you don’t have to or there are exceptions please comment where you live! We are planning to move to leave our state anyway (TN)Thank you!!(Especially interested in either Carolinas)

I know this is an older post but I thought I would still comment. :) We live in Utah and we do not have to be UTD to be foster parents. We can not take a foster kid that isn't UTD and they have to be over the age of 2 months. Our state also allows personal and religious exemptions. I hope this helps!
