Just got my Original Birth Certificate. I was born 9:42 am at SA Booth Memorial Hospital, Chicago , March 8,1969. My birth mother was 16. I do have her name now and my original name too, which was Shannon Pedroza. I was adopted at just over one month of age. I'm hoping to find and possibly connect (at least through email) with my birth mother, should she want to. Mostly I just want to know that she has had a good life, and let her know that I have too.
