Anyone in contact with Both families and changed

Hi. This is my first post. Is anyone in contact with Both adopted parents and birth parents, and has changed their name back? I'm seriously thinking about doing this, but am aware that there could be some issues with doing so, so if anyone has - what happened? Please help me work this out rationally. I've been in contact with Both my birth parents for approximately 10 years now. The name thing isn't a new idea, it keeps coming back to me. I currently use either name depending on who I am with.
