Military born 11/02/85 in Frankfurt Germany

Seeking biological parents. Just wanting medical family history more or less. I was born 11/02/1985 in a military hospital in Frankfurt Germany to Steve and patty Ann squires (Stephen/Steven squires/Patricia Ann squires). From records I have an older brother and sister. I was the third “uh oh” child. At the time I was told my biological parents were around 21. After my birth I was in foster care for two weeks before my adoptive parents could take me home. The only information I have to go on is the above mentioned and that my biological parents resided around Washington. Tacoma? Again-just seeking family medical history. I know it’s a long shot.
