ISO BIRTH FAMILY MALE BORN 1959? NEW ORLEANS, LA

All i know of is that my Bmom was a musician in the FRENCH QUARTER OF NEW ORLEANS, and I was born at Charity Hospital. I am told I was born 05/29/1959 and adoption was finalized 62-63 in August, I understand my name was Stephen. Adoption went thru an agency on Tulane Ave. I have health conditions, some are hereditary. I am looking for Birth Family, Parents, Siblings, Relatives. I have no other information nd I know I am looking for a needle in a pile of needles.
