Hi everyone, I’m new here. I’m a fairly new foster parent. I have a 5 year old boy who has been here for 2 months. The goal is reunification with his dad. My dad sent me $1000 to start a college fund for him. Has anyone ever done this? Any advice or ideas? Thank you.
