My boyfriend was born on the 7/21/1969 at St Mary’s Hospital Daly City San Mateo. His given birth name we think was Luke P Blais , my mothers surname is listed as Blais , we have no further info , does anyone out there know something. Or is looking for him . His adoption was handled by the Catholic Diocese of San Francisco.
