We’re looking for what would be my (2nd) cousin who was born sometime after March of 1965 at this place. His mother ( my great aunt ) was sent there as she was only 15 years old when she had this baby boy. His name was Randy before it was possibly changed. We have all the information on his mother, we are wondering if there are ways to get records or if anyone has matching information. Thank you!
