I am a Kindship provider for my nieces. Recently the judge ordered their father to have 5 hrs on holidays. Right before this we had a doctors appointment with the oldest. The father aggressive and hostile. The nurse had to tell him to calm down. So we explained this to DSS, asked them to do pick up and drop off for the visitation. They stated the judge ordered only placement can drop off and pick up. I asked to see a copy of said order, because they never once said only placement. We always understood that if needed DSS would provide transport. We were told that because the order that if it is not followed the kids would be removed from our home. Has anyone dealt with this? How do I challenge the order, or is that even possible?
