We are Canadian Citizens living in the US and wanting to adopt internationally. Can this happen?
As we search, it says that we can't. But many people stated that it can work. However, we haven't found any people that have actually accomplished this.
Have you tried doing this? Any suggestions? Conacts?
Thank you.
