What nationality would you expect the children to look like. the little bits of information you may be able to give might be the clue that causes you neice and nephue or someone they know to stop and take notice. The State of New York is very secretive about information given out all most adoptees know is there date of birth(though sometimes this has been changed), City and State and what nationality they appear to be.
