Hi. I'm new but I need some answers. We had two foster children(girls ages 4 & 1 yrsold. We had been asked if we were adoption approved(yes). They were taken back by the county when I gave the older child a timeout in a public place. We were told that it was excessive & unneccessary disipline. I was threatened with an investigation("we're not going to do an investigation so you don't need to worry about your children & daycare as there won't be a record of this incident, but we can promise anything if you pursue this issue") and possible removal of my children. can anyone offer any advise? I can't afford to lose my business and it would kill me to lose my children. thanks S. toy

If you were in the right fight it!!!!!! Our foster son was removed last year because of allegations made by a teenage foster child. We fought it and after 11 days he was returned. We now have a court date to finalize his adoption!!!!
