Searching for Biological birth father & siblings

I have found my birth Mom, maiden name Barbara Ward. She did not seem to want to hve contact and did not give birth father's information, just that he still is in Montreal. My father may be in some type of law enforcement. I lost my adoptive father 6 years ago,and would love to be able to contact my birth father. I was an only child, and would love to know if I have any siblings.
