I am an adoptee from Springfield, Illinois (Cook County Hospital) - DOB 3/25/77 , Mar 25, 1977 , March 25, 1977, named Baby Boy Kennedy seeking information on birth parents and/or siblings. Irish, Scottish and German background. Adopted through Bensenville Home Society <1 year after DOB. This is all I have in my records. Some other data on record doesn't make sense and I was informed it could be "doctored".
