rights for birthmother towards child moving

I have rights to see my son once to twice a year. I would like to know my rights what i can do to help myself out from having my son moving across the other side of the united states. I live in California and the adoption took place in California. I put an addendum filed with the adoption papers but unfortunatley did not consider an out of state move, especially across country!
