Thanks for posting a reply, btw. I haven't found her, but again, after a few years I gave up my search. Recently I've had the desire to search for her again. Feel free to say a prayer for my search ;-)

This may be the person you are looking for. The spelling of her name is different but I know she has resided in Virginia,had given a child up for adoption, and is now 47 years old. I am not sure what state she lives in currently, but the website "US Identify" has her name and info. Try looking for her as Betheyne Joyce Arp. It had Wilmington, Delaware listed as the last address. I pray that I have been of a help to you and I wish you much luck in your en devour.
