My father was born on February 23rd, 1930 at the Grace Hospital in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. His mother apparently was 18 years old. Possibility that her last name was Jones.

Have you tried getting more information from Post Adoption Registry Alberta as a child of the adoptee?
