I can recommend a great foster agency, located in Pottstown , called "FREINDSHIP HOUSE". My husband and I are pretty much close to be done with classes and our home study, and hopefully soon by aug/sept. should be getting calls for a referal!!! look them up !!!
they work with Bucks county too, were in Montgomery county!
