Hi I'am the adopted brother of Shirley Shadowen. We did live in Frankfort, KY when we were growing up. Are parents divorced when I was young and that split up the family. I may have a lead for you in finding Shirley if you havn't found her by now. It would be good to talk with you. I think I got to meet you before you were put up for adoption.
