2/18/1971 adopted at birth

I am Jennifer Rhode (now Phipps) and Im looking for my mother who gave me up for adoption on 2/18/71. I was born in Charleston SC and my adoptive parents were in the navy at the time. I dont know if you ever saw me... I was adopted at birth. My birth certificate states baby girl rhode. If you know anything about this please contact me... I have health questions... I will not bombard you with personal questions if you dont want... I just want to know family history and maybe know if we look alike. -Jennifer
