Searching for Female, born 7/66 in PA

Im not sure if we have spoken before or not. Are you sure she was born in Williamsport, PA?

TOPIC: SANDRA LEE JAMES Dear adoptees, birth mother, birth father and search angels, Two and a half months ago I wrote to you and told you that after 21 years of searching for my birth family (I was born on July 31, 1966) I had finally found them; in all places on Craigslist. I am sorry to say that as of yesterday this was not the case. This was all a very sick scam/con job by a very sick lady. She happened to find my simple post on craigslist and I responded. After speaking for several hours via phone we decided to meet. Upon meeting we took a DNA test that we did ourselves and then mailed back to the company with payment ($750.00) a couple of weeks later the results came back ғ98.178% positive that we were siblings. I was so happy I cried for an hour. FINALLY I had found my birth family. I couldnԒt have been more wrong. This woman, Sandra L. James of Easton, PA, told me horrific storied of physical, mental and emotional abuse she suffered at the hands of ourӔ birth family. She talked of rape, molestation, torture, etc. The storied made me ill. She spoke of ritual sex acts and cult activity. She claimed to have given birth to children who had recently died; I learned that these were actually her mother and fathers foster children. She told me that her daughter Patti, who is 11 yrs old, had cancer of the nervous system and was on the list for a heart transplant. She claimed to have broken her neck and won a law suite to the tune of $34 million dollars from a hospital (she did have the surgical scares). She told me that she had longed for a realӔ sister that her sister Debbie was her step-sister and that she was very abusive to Sandy and that Debbie was addicted to drugs and alcohol and that she finally committed suicide when Patti was 4 yrs old. She was very convincing! As if this wasnt enough҅.the past two weeks I started to have serious doubts about her stories and started to investigate things on my own. This is what I learned with the help of the police and her actual family members: She falsified the DNA test results She was never abused either mentally physically or any other way There was no court case where she blew the whistle on this so called œcult She did break her neck but did not get $34 million. More like $300,000. Plus all medical paid. She convinced a naive mother from California (Shannon) that after being married for 10 yrs to a man and having four boys that Shannon was now a Lesbian. She lied to Shannon and told her that ShannonԒs husband had rapped her (Sandy). She convinced Shannon to leave California and come live with Sandy in PA. She convinced Shannon to convince her husband to let their 4 boys come visit them for the summer in PA. The children did come for the visit however; Sandy found every excuse NOT to send the kids back to their father. Needless to say the police came with CPS and removed the kids and put them in a Foster Home for a few days until they were able to make arrangements for the father to come and get them. Sandy then failed false charges against the husband for rapeӔ and child abuseӔ. These charges were found to be false. Sandy then told Shannon that the kids were put in foster care in California and that would hire an attorney to have them transformed to foster care in Pennsylvania. Sandy told Shannon that CPS told her that if Shannon was to have ANY contact what so ever with her family them she would never sees her kids again. Everyday after that Shannon would ask about her kids coming to live with them and every day Sandy told her tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. Up until 6:14 p.m. last night, July 29the, 2009, Sandy stuck to this story when Shannon Text her on her phone about the kids. Poor naive Shannon. In the meantime Sandy had convinced Shannon to rent a car/SUV in her name and Shannon did as she was asked. The problem was that Shannon never knew that the car/SUV was never returned and that there was now a warrant out for her arrest. Shannon was finally arrested last night. This was probably the best thing that could have happened to Shannon. At least now she is out of Sandys clutches and her family knows that she is alive. What I am trying to tell you is to please be very careful of who you meet online. And if you come across this lady Sandy or any of these stories sounds familiar RUN FAR AND FAST!!! There is so much more I could tell you about what she has done, but I think you get the picture. UPDATE: 7/31/1966 Sandra Lee James has returned to her parents house in Allentown, PA as of this morning.

I have been wondering for 45yrs about alot of things. I now know that I have the big brother I wanted all my life. Not only that I have a sister. I was born in Grove City PA September 3,1963 I have had a wonderful life and my parents are the GREATEST:thanks: But I just seem to have this empty space that I really need to fill. I have only begun my search and I really don't even know where to begin. I don't have the $$$$ to pay someone to search for me. I do know that my birth mother's last name is Espy. My siblings are older than I am, and my mother's husband (at the time is not my father). So much info it makes my head spin :hypno: But not only do I have 4 great kids of my own, I now have a granddaughter. I am interested in medical info and any thing else that anyone is willing to share. Deb
