i would like to help others adopt

My husband and I have been through the adoption process and I would like to help others get out from under some of the piles of paperwork and over some of the mountians. I would like to have a job where I could help adopting parents and the children waiting to create new families. I am currently a stay at home mom and would like to find employment in this area.
