ISO of niece born 9-20-77 (Meriden, CT)

Looking for a niece that was born Sept. 20 1977. In Meriden CT. At Meriden Wallingford Hospital. Her Birth name was Mary Ann Hoffman or Maryann. Not sure if Ann was a middle name or part of the first name, I don't have any other info other than the adoption was through Catholic Family Services.... My sister was 16 at time of birth and knew that she could not provide a good home at the time. Is there any way I could get ANY information from Catholic Family services??? Or is searching the internet the only option?? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!! Donna
