seaching for b-mother/b-father d.o.b 9-14-66 male Washington dc..

I am searching for my biological parents, I was adopted from District of Columbia Department of Family Services. My DOB is 9-14-66, white male still live in DC metro area....Only info I have is that my Mother was roughly 18 yrs old when I was born, my Father was 20 yrs old and they were not married.
