Looking for only sister

I am looking for my sister Virginia Lou King born in Calhoun County West Virginia. Her birth date is August 28, 1964. DHHR took her away before I was born on August 22, 1965. She is my only sister and we have a brother. I do not know if she was adopted but I suspect that she was due to her being so young.
