ISO birth family, male born 2/22/63

My brother and I are looking for our birth family. He was born in Honolulu 2/22/63, I was born in St. Louis 3/15/61. Our birth father was in the Navy, discharged in 1965, born in 1938. Our birth mother was born 1945 in MO. We also have a 1/2 sister (on mother's side) born in 1964 in CA. My brother and I were adopted together in CA in 1965.
