Born 1961 in Poland-looking for family

I was born in poland, Krakow in March 1961 - female. I'm just starting to look for information about my birth mother. I don't have much information about the adoption other than I was over 1 years old when I was adopted. I think my name was Grazyna before adoption. If anyone has any information on how to go about searching for parents in poland, please let me know. Ultimately, and I know this is almost impossible, I would like to find out my family history so that my son has his family back round. Thanks.
