Searching for Sibling

My mother, Betty Cylka (Hamden) supposedly gave birth to a child in Detroit, Michigan somewhere between 1948 to 1952. She lived near Pershing High School in Detroit, and dropped out of school some time in 1947. The story is told that she became pregnant, and gave the child up for adoption. The Father died during the Korean War.I know this is a tiny bit of information, but I have had no luck searching for this child, who may or may not want to know his or her siblings.My mother’s information matches this perfectly.
