looking for birth family(siblings)

my father is missing two sisters. one which was born on 2/17/1944 and another that was born 1947. all we know is that she was given to a friend of her mothers down the street from where they lived. Her name given by her brithmother(my grandmother) was Donna maria. but it could have been changed due to the fact the she was only 6 months old.
