HiI just read your post on how to file petition to get the Re adoption finalize in TX ( we recently adopted DD and she came on IR3 VISA and got her citizenship certificate as well. next step for us it to get the Re-adoption finalize in TEXAS. I am not able to find the link for the petitions (step #6 and #7) can you please share that information again and would also like to see the cover letter . I am applying in Denton County.
