Yes, I am from abroad as well, and yes, I was on an H1B when I adopted. It is definitely possible.

No, I am pretty open to gender and ethnicity. I would ideally like an under 5 but I know that places a lot of limitations so again I have a little flexibility there. I myself am of Indian descent.
