So maybe somebody can help me and I have had guardianship of a child since he was 28 days old. He is now Almost 6 by the time we have tpr next month. I have guardianship of him and have had for 5 and 1/2 years. Another woman has guardianship of his sister who is 7 she has had her six years and another woman has just adopted the 10 year old who she has had since she was born. Now the mother after I told her I was going to terminate one year ago hasn't done anything now court is one month away and all the sudden she got a job and signed up for classes at school. I feel so frustrated is the judge going to give her more time to get herself together after six and seven years of these children being gone and return them to her or do you think anyone on here know if I have a good chance at tpr?
