HI paps.... Please I really need your help about my sister daughter......we had the same situation I hope to hear from you... I'm so desperate and don't know where to start, I'm still in d Philippines with my daughter (my sister daughter). I don't know if I need to process her adoption or not. My husband is in Saskatchewan right now and we are still waiting for the decision on my daughter case. Plssssss paps help us.
