She is now 11 and her father has moved to a different city, her grandmother is seeing a drug addict, and I have a normal, married, stable household with my husband, 9 year old son, and 6 year old step-daughter, and I am paying child support on time. When we went to court before, we all got appointed joint managing conservetors, with the grandmother as the primary. How hard do you think it would be to go back to court and get her back, so she can live with us, and have a normal life? (her grandmother is also telling me she is in fear for thier lives from the "Crips", whoever they are.)Help! Please
