I was hoping to get some good pointers on buying a goodo digital camcorder that I don't need to refinance my house to buy.
I am not proficient in reading directions and want something that is small and easy to use. Any ideas??? I would be using this to document every last moment of my childrens lives, so it's important to get the right one. !!!!! Maybe someday I'll be able to post a picture!

p.s. I'm procrastinating getting my tax stuff together like I am suppose to tonight - this will be a good distraction
I would also be interested in any feedback members have on digital camcorders.
Also, has anyone emailed video to a US physician for evaluation? I'd be curious how well this process worked.
Thanks!

We finally got a Sony hand held--about three weeks ago. The user manual looks like a college text book....tried to pay my 20-year old to read it and tell me how to use it.....he didn't take my bait and just told me turn it on and push buttons....I tried that and coudn't figure it out....so in the next few days I guess I will need to read--I want to ge the egg hunting thing on tape---I hope this is not any harder then it was to stop the clock from blinking 12:00 on the old VCR. I will let you know
Anna, Is it the Sony with the disk? I looked at that one and Iliked that you could just take the disk out and put it in the computer or DVD, no transferring etc.... Not happy that it comes with alot of directions..... just don't have time to do that.
You are making me think about the egg hunting being on tape though... will have to go this week I guess.
