This post is on behalf of my adopted sister.
She just recieved her Non ID, And needs help.
Both of her bio parents came from Minnesota & probably returned there following her birth ( the mother I mean).
I need a search angel with experience, as this may be involved.

how old is your sister? and where did her adoption take place? my mother is looking for her birth daughter. She was put up for adoption in Duluth Minnesota?

I have a an adoptee sis that was born in cali , both birth parents are from Mn, and returned shortly after her birth, do you have a date of birth and location of birth, for your friend?
