Our agency doesn't seem to think that the Moratorium will last much longer, but the catastrophic flood they have had recently may slow things down a bit. Our agency "A Child Among Us" in CT says that it is looking good. Their person has been in Camobodia for a few weeks wating and we still have no word. Have you heard anymore about when it may open from your agency?
