They really would love a baby boy, but it is too expensive. Does anyone know of an agency where the cost is under $10,000? neralu@homestead.com

However, we decided to go with a young agency named A New Arrival after we got a disturbing email from CHI which said that they knew the preliminary changes that would occur with the moratorium--nobody knows what may or may not occur, and we felt that this information was not appropriate to be sent as a blanket email to all prospective clients. The email stated that Cambodia is making a change to a minimum adopting age of 30. They may be a very good agency--this "blanket" email just made us feel a little uncomfortable.
Best of Luck!

May God bless you on your journey as well as ours.
