how long of a wait in NJ

Hi Pam! I'm not from NJ......but you might want to put this question on the New Jersey board as well. I can tell you that adopting through a state system can be nerve-wracking...and that many have had to do a lot of their own networking to find their little one. (We've adopted seven times....three of them have been through the state foster system in Illinois.) Sincerely, Linny

Hi Pam, You shouldn't be waiting too long. And hopefully you have a child already. We waited 8 days for O and 2 months for R. And we've just finalized R's adoption and O's is scheduled for Nov 20th. So very quickly for us. -LeenaB
