I am a "nanny" or "personal living assistant" for a 16year old boy that is "autistic"... he goes to a public school, plays the drums in marching band and runs on the track team! He is proving others wrong every day and learning to be more independant! Does anyone know of any type of Driver's Ed. for kids w/ Special Needs? We have been looking.. but still haven't had any luck.

Believe it or not, my son has discovered a Play Station Game called "Driver 2, The WheelMan is Back" that is very helpful in teaching and learning driving. Playing the game is quite real when it comes to driving and I have used it extensively to teach the rules of the road. It is fun as well !
