I am searching for my sister Vicky Lynn ? Born in Charleston we think, fall of 1957... My dad was stationed in Charleston (AF) We were told that some friends of my father had adopted Vicky. My dads name was Harold and my moms was Rose Blake. My dad was often called Blake instead of Harold. I just recieved today from SCDSS a letter stating that they couldn't help me but gave me several agency's that possibly can for a fee....... Are there any other routes to take????? Thanks
