I am looking for all female adoptees who were born in the months of May, June, July, or August of 1971! The adoptee is an African-American female and may have possibly been adopted by someone who lives in Maryland or Virginia or may have been put into foster care! I was adopted and my birth date is December 30, 1971 not in the months you listed...I guess I am just being hopeful. I am African American, mixed, black/white. I was adopted by people from MD, Frederick County Social Services.
