We are trying to adopt and "older child" older than 8. Are we asking for trouble? In my heart I don't think so. All I have seen on these boards is children younger than that. What about the older kids? They need love and security too. We have so many questions. Can anyone help?

Also, new tax law, while the kids are in your care (fostering) until the adoption goes through, tax credit. Good Luck!
I went throught Arizona Action For Foster Children (AAFC) for both of my adoption I have a son (13 ) and another son (3). Feel free to contact me directly with any questions
