I am the half sister of a girl born in May 1969 to Sylvia Ann Hall and Don Winsett. She was born in Clinton Oklahoma but may have been adopted by a family in Texas.

I was born in Odessa TX as baby girl hall in 1959. My birthmother was supposedly from Oklahoma. Do you think this might be the same family?
