Call and ask. When we applied for ours several months back they said 6 weeks from the date of fingerprints, and sure enough, exaclty 6 weeks later it was in our mailbox. So their estimation was exact! Some people will tell you to look on the website and it will tell you what cases they are working on now (by date), but not only is it not updated regualrly, it is not acurate. On the day ours came in the mail, I read that morning that they were just starting to work on cases a month older than ours, and it was in the mailbox later that day. So your best bet, is call and ask what the estimated turn around time is.
