Hi all, Havent been on for a while, but have recently severely withdrawn contact with my birthfather. Long story but after so long searching, feel it was the right thing for me to do at this stage of my life. Has anyone else done this? Would love to hear from you either on board or PM for reasurance, thanks Ellie x

Well, we all make decisions. I don't suppose it's wrong for anyone in this to stop contact. It's a matter of what you ( or they ) want. HOWEVER, try to be kind. Never know what the future will bring or how you will feel in the future.
