Do you know what this means? (possibly OT)

I received an e-mail in my personal e-mail which read: "Your application to ** has been DENIED" (**"://p099.ezboard.com/bforeverparents"**) Do you know what this is or what this means? I have not heard of ezboard and did not apply to anything or any board. Any idea how this could happen? Thanks, ChristieS
