Interesting! Never saw that type of situation before. My feeling is that we allow agency workers to be members as long as they are up front about it and follow the rules. I can't see why this wouldn't be the same, since her profile clearly states it and it isn't a secret amongst the forum either.
I can't imagine that she'd discuss anything that violates her employment agreement/confidentiality rules so think it'll be fine.
If Brandy disagrees, you'll find my head in a vise...keep watch.:)
the other thing is, unlike an agency, you can't chose to use labcorp. it is decided for you. so it is not like she can drum up business like an agency worker.
