I was born August 27, 1975 and was adopted from New Orleans shortly after that. I am a white female that is seaching for my mom. If you have anymore information it would be so helpful.

The process includes completion of an affidavit and a $25.00 fee. There is also a counseling requirement that must be met prior to voluntary release of any identifying information, but this is not required in order to register.[/font]
