Looking for my Brother

Can anyone please help me, I have no idea where or how to begin. My Brother and I were seperated when I was 3 months old and he was 2. I have no idea where to look or how to start looking. We were adopted by different families. I have found our birth Mother but all she has is his birthday and birth name. His name was James Fielders dob 03/23/1968. Can anyone please give me any thoughts or ideas of where to begin. Thank you!!
